FORWARD Amsterdam x Nationale Opera & Ballet

On 17 September 2025, FORWARD Amsterdam visited the Dutch National Opera & Ballet for the performance of Monument for a Dead Boy. Prior to this performance, there was a social gathering with drinks and bites. In Monument for a Dead Boy (1965), choreographer Rudi van Dantzig portrays the inner turmoil of a young man grappling with his homosexuality - reflecting Van Dantzig’s own struggles during his youth.
